Inactive reports for Sunday's Week 2 games of 2023 NFL season

The NFL has released the inactive reports for Sunday's Week 2 games of the 2023 season. After a surprising opening week of football, the competition is expected to be exciting. Headlining the list of inactive players is Cowboys wide receiver, Amari Cooper. He will be replaced by Michael Gallup in this week's matchup against the Giants. Meanwhile, the Falcons will be without their star safety Keanu Neal, who is still nursing a groin injury.



Other players listed as inactive are guard Marshal Yanda, with Baltimore, and receivers Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb of the Oakland Raiders. Additionally, several running backs are listed as inactive, including Dion Lewis for Tennessee, Adrian Peterson for Washington, and Marshawn Lynch of the Seattle Seahawks. The Jets will also be without their all-purpose back, Le’Veon Bell, due to a hamstring issue.



On defense, defensive linemen Damon Harrison and Mario Edwards are inactive for the Giants and Cowboys, respectively. The Lions will be without cornerback Nevin Lawson. Also, the Chiefs will be missing safety Dan Sorenson. There are also a number of running backs and wide receivers on the inactive report for Sunday's Week 2 games of the 2023 season.
